Two Story Colonial Home

Program:

Colonial homes have wide and varied styles due to the influences from the Dutch, French, Spanish, New England and Georgian architecture. Usually two and half stories tall, colonial homes are commonly made of red brick with multiple chimneys.  

Key Features:

  • Dormer windows.

  • Windows are symmetrical and evenly spaced

  • Double Hung/Single hung

  • Typically they are two windows on each side of the entrance door and portico.

  • One window and dormer centered above door
