Proposed Brewery/Bar Design within an Existing Building
Program:
You have been contracted to prepare the working drawings/construction drawings for a Brewery within an existing building. There will be a change of use from Warehouse (S) to Brewery (F-2 Low Hazard)
Building Areas

There will be no change in "bulk", the building will not be enlarged in anyway. The production facilities will be located within the "high-bay" space.

The entire building and all rooms are to be ADA accessible.

A clear space of 12'-0" x 5'-0" shall be maintained inside of the overhead door

A public entry to the Tasting / Bar Space.

A private entry into the Brewery / Production area (existing doors can be maintained)

No Air Conditioning is required; however, heat will be. A new hot water heat will need to be installed.
