Unit Program:

The project will result in the design of a prototype dwelling unit with 2 bedrooms whose maximum size will not exceed 1,500 square feet. Assume that the unit will be placed on 20 lots that will be developed later. The prototype design for the student units and faculty units must support the following activities and qualities of experience for:

• ​Arrival and Entry

• Cooking and Dining - breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks; occasional guests (1-6) 

• Sleeping

• Storage for Clothes 

• Toilet and Bathing - as compacted as possible

• Socila and personal intimacy for one, two, or several friends inside and outside.

• Visitibility in at least one unit or as required by the international Residential Code.
